Charley was ready to ride the tractor - he was so excited when he saw Grandpa on it - he just had to get on!

What a big boy - trying to work it all by himself! He is just so cute!

Charley loves riding with Grandpa! It was so fun to have him out on the property! He loved seeing the horses as well!

Yep, a raccoon - we have seen them out here before, but not on our property! This is our first! I have pictures of hawks, deer and horses - here is our first masked bandit!

Tara is now a proud 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment renter.

He loves all the Cars items... Tara will put his bed together soon - he is growing up so very fast!

We will be helping her move in through out this next week and help her get her place all set up. She is very excited!

Tim is very excited as well - he will now be able to have his own room to sleep in!

Things are very busy on LAST3 Ranch - that is for sure!
