Vote
If you click on Robin's blog you will find a poll to vote for the gal who played the most at the Tonga Room. Only 13 days left to post your vote. Should be interesting to see how it turns out! :)

A Bit of San Fran
As I was out mucking the stalls this morning I had time to reflect back on our "Grandmas Gone Wild" weekend, as much fun as the trip was, it was not the trip that warms my heart - it is my friendships. Having such wonderful friends for over 17 years is so amazing to me. To be able to go through the good, the bad and the ugly times of life means so much more with these close friends by my side. I am so very blessed to have these ladies in my life, ones that accept me for me, love me inspite of my short comings, tell me the truth (even if it hurts), and ones I can count on for anything and everything. Thank you, girls, for such a great weekend and an extrodinary 17 years of friendship!
Down below are just a couple of pics from the trip - I will let the other ladies post more pics and tell of our wonderful journeys! :)
The view at night from Alcatraz was truly amazing. I can't imagine how hard it must have been to live there knowing that a beautiful city was just across the bay and all you could do was see it. The audio tour is wonderful and if you ever have a chance to take it, I would highly recommend it; but beware, the boat ride over is COLD and windy!
The Golden Gate Bridge is truly amazing. They paint the bridge every day and it takes over a year to completely paint it. Then when they are done, they start over.
There are sufers in the water - not sure if you can see them - of course they are wearing wet suits - it is COLD there!

Back home on the Ranch
Had a total blast with my girls in San Fran! More to come on the trip. Just had to show you what I got my Charley - a new hat from China Town. It comes with a braid! Grandpa thought he wouldn't keep it on for very long - but he surprised us both and wore it for a pretty long time. Such a cutie!
Can't wait for the morning so I can see my horses! Wonder if they missed me or they just will be happy to be fed - hmmmmm - I know the answer to that - but I will just tell myself that they missed me! :)
